What is included in admission?
Each paid admission includes one s'mores kit and one hot chocolate voucher, plus access to Santa, the Giving Grove, Wishing Tree, children's craft area, live music and community sing-along, firepits and the market.
Are tickets timed?
Choose an hourly arrival time to help us manage crowding. Once inside, settle in and enjoy the event at your own pace. Tickets are for one visit on your selected day.
Are Santa photos included?
Yes. Bring your phone or camera and take your own family photos. Santa photos are free, or by a suggested gold coin donation.
Do I need to bring a Food Bank donation?
A donation for the Columbia Valley Food Bank is warmly encouraged, but never a barrier to attendance. Come as you are.
What should I wear?
This is an outdoor winter event. Dress warmly, with layers, a winter coat, gloves and sturdy winter footwear.
Is there alcohol?
A small licensed festive cash bar is planned, with items such as mulled wine and Baileys coffee, subject to permit.
Are children under 6 free?
Yes. Please still register children under 6 in your booking so every attendee counts toward capacity.
Is the event accessible?
Groundswell will publish final accessibility and route information once the winter site plan is confirmed.
Where does the money go?
This is a Groundswell community fundraiser supporting community food, education and local initiatives. Separate Food Bank donations go to the Columbia Valley Food Bank.
